Returns & Exchanges

At RIXO, we want you to love your items, but if they aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
